At Deglow’s Doxies, we absolutely love sharing our little ones with the world! We also know that bringing home a new puppy is such a big and exciting decision — and sometimes a little stressful too.
As much as we’d love to have everyone stop by to meet the puppies in person, we do have to be extra careful with their health. Puppies are very vulnerable, and illnesses like Parvo can be dangerous, so we don’t allow in-home visits. Keeping our babies safe and healthy is our very top priority.
But don’t worry — we’ve got the next best thing! We’re happy to set up as many video chats as you’d like so you can see the puppies play, check out where they live, and really get to know their little personalities. We want you to feel excited and confident when you choose your new furry family member.
We’re here to make the whole experience fun, stress-free, and full of puppy joy!
Terms and Conditions
Health Guarantee
The Breeder offers a one-year health guarantee under the following conditions:
A.The dog is in good health and free of communicable diseases at the time of sale.
- •The Buyer has until the following date_____ after the date of delivery to have the dogexamined by a licensed veterinarian, at the Buyer’s expense. If the dog fails the exam,the Buyer may return the dog with a written statement from the veterinarian for either:1.A refund of the purchase price, or
- 2.A replacement puppy.
- •Any transportation costs to return the dog (including airfare, car rental, lodging, and lostwages) are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- •Failure to have the dog examined by the following date ____ voids this Health Guarantee. If the Buyer keeps the puppy after a failed exam, no replacement will begiven, and all medical costs become the Buyer’s responsibility.
B.This Health Guarantee is null and void if the dog dies before being examined by a licensedveterinarian by the following date _____ after purchase. All costs remain the Buyer’sresponsibility.
C.The Health Guarantee does not cover: cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, allergies,undescended testicles, loose knees/hips, stenotic nares, elongated soft palate, umbilical hernia,dermatitis, demodectic mange, IVDD or back issues. The Breeder will not replace a dog due toheat stroke, neglect, abuse, or improper socialization. The Buyer acknowledges that they haveresearched the breed and understands potential health risks.
D.This Health Guarantee applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable. It does notcover:
- •Injuries caused by negligence or accident.
- •Routine veterinary costs.
- •Normal care expenses (e.g., vaccinations, deworming, heartworm prevention).
- •Compensation requires proper documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
